This bike is capable of providing a terrific workout which you can do in the privacy of your own home and not make the excuse to avoid it. The bike is easy to maneuver, so you can simply position it in front of the television and start your workout. Many have remarked on the sturdiness of the frame, and the firm yet comfortable seat and back rest.

One reviewer stated that the bike rates 5 stars for performance. They stated that the bike is comfortable, nice looking, easy to move, quiet, and smooth. One of the reasons that they rated it higher than any others they've tried is the fact that it is literally silent, no matter how hard the bike is being pedaled. Not only is it quiet, but the strides are also smooth, almost like you are gliding along.

One thing to keep in mind is that it doesn't mention anywhere that it requires AC power for the display to work since there is no battery operation. So make sure you have a wall socket handy that is close. And one reviewer wasn't thrilled with the design of the lock down seat adjustment. They feel it requires too many turns stating that it almost has to come completely out for the seat to slide. Next you have to line the screw up with an adjustment hole that you can't see.

Many people also like the handlebars that are situated beside the console. It can help to take the stress off your back when you grab onto handlebars and pull yourself forward.

The vast majority of reviews were very high, with many people quick to recommend it to others. The pedals are large and feature texture on the pads to keep your feet in place.
